Aunt Sarah's Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. squash, cut up
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • accent

Preparation

Step 1

Boil squash until tender. Mash with a potato masher. Add 3 beaten eggs, cracker crumbs, cheese, salt, sugar, oleo and accent. Bake in casserole at 350º until bubbly.
