Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean hamburger
- 1 can (large) tomatoes
- 2 tsp. of Louisiana hot sauce
- Salt
- Onion salt
- garlic powder
- chili powder (a lot)
- cumin
- minced onion
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger until red is gone. Drain grease; cover meat with water and place in refrigerator overnight.
Skim off fat and place remainder large deep pan. Blend tomatoes and Louisiana hot sauce. Season to taste. Cook down about 1 1/2 hours.
