Flatlander chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 2 cans of totel
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 c choopped onion
  • 1/2 c chopped clery
  • 1/4 c chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c chile powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregan
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 cayenne pepper
  • 2 c canned red beans, drained and rinsed

Preparation

Step 1

cook beef drain
add all indredients and bring to boil
simmer for 1 - 1 1/2 hr stirring occasionally
