Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 2 branches green onions, chopped
  • 1 box wild rice (Uncle Ben's)
  • 1 can mushrooms with juice
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage and drain. Cook rice according to package directions. Sauté green onions. Add mushrooms and water chestnuts to other ingredients in casserole dish. Heat in 350º oven for 30-45 minutes.
