Sweet Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 c milk
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• t/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Batter will be lumpy. Grease bottom of 12 muffin cups. Bake 400 degrees 20 - 25 minutes.
