Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • and salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until blended. Refrigerate until serving. Makes about 1 cup.
