Patowmack Farm Coffee Rub for Beef

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Fennel seeds
  • 1 Tbsp White pepper corns
  • 1 Tbsp Corriander seeds
  • 1/3 - 1/2 c. Ground coffee (espresso blend)

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to coffee or spice grinder and grind very fine.

Apply heavy coating of rub to all sides of beef.
