ROASTED BALSAMIC ONIONS

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 3 3 3 large white onions, peeled and quartered
  • 3 3 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • to 350 oven to 350 degrees F.
  • ●In a large bowl, toss the onion quarters with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and season with salt and pepper.
