Chocholate Fluff Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 teas salt
  • 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 1/2 teas vanilla
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 tbsp butter.

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together first 3 ingredients.
Combine chocolate and water in sauce pan. Stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Add dry ingredients and boil stirring constantly until mixture is thick. Remove from heat blend in vanilla,butter and marshmellow fluff. Stir while mixture cools. Use while frosting is still warm. Frosts 2 8-9 inch cakes.
