Sweet Potato Onion Bread

Don't be surprised by the surprise ingredient in this bread. A jar of baby food lends convenience and flavor to this sweet potato loaf. Try deli turkey tucked between a couple of slices

Ingredients

• One 6 oz jar sweet potato baby food
• 1/2 c water
• 1/2 c. sliced green onions
• 4 tsp margarine or butter
• 4 c. bread flour
• 1 1/4 tsp sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp dried thyme, crushed
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Select the loaf size. Add the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturere's diections. Select the basic white bread cycle.
