Meatloaf with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 2 large carrots, shredded
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tsp basil
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 8.5 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes in olive oil, drained and
- chopped
- 1 lb. mozarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper

Cooking time 70mins
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients except cheese and ketchup in a large bowl.
Place meatloaf in greased loaf pan. Top with ketchup and cheese and bake for 70 minutes or until cooked through.
