Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/2 clove garlic (or equivalent)
- 1 (13.8-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
- 4 oz. (1 cup) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Brown ground beef, garlic, onion in medium skillet over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is brown (6-7 min), stirring frequently. Drain. Set aside.
2. Unroll dough; place on sprayed cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to form 12x8-inch rectangle.
3. Brush Olive Oil to cover entirety of dough. Place cooked ground beef lengthwise down center, forming 3-inch-wide strip and to within 1/2 inch of short sides. Lay down pieces of Provolone to cover meat (some will overlap). Top with Mozzarella Cheese and Italian seasoning. Fold short ends over and then long ends over filling; press edges to seal. Flip filled dough over and brush top with olive oil.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Serve with Marinara sauce or Ranch dressing.
