Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons grade B pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Step 1
Whisk coconut milk, vanilla, salt, and syrup in a bowl until combined. Put 12 chocolate chips in the bottom of each paper cup, you will need 6 paper cups. Pour mixture over top of chocolate chips. Cover with aluminum foil and poke popsicle sticks through, foil holds sticks in place. Freeze for 3 hours, or until frozen solid.
