BBQ CHICKEN FINGERS

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. serving chicken breast tenders
  • 1 TBS. low sodium Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 oz. Lite, Shredded Colby Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 oz. Lite Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash Seasoning
  • 1 cup spinach leaves

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix Parmesan cheese and seasonings in bowl. Moisten chicken with water and coat with cheese mix.

Place chicken in shallow baking dish and bake 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Drizzle with barbecue sauce; sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over spinach leaves.
