Preparation

Step 1

finely dice red pepper, green pepper, red ohio and put in ice water. This takes out the bitter taste and acid.

then dice jalepeno, cilantro , parsley, lemon, s,p, olive oil. Can do the night before.

Cut shrimp and fish all the same size. Poor marinade over when ready to serve.
