Pulled Pork (Ron)

  • s & P
  • garlic
  • cumin
  • chilli powder
  • nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Rub 12 1lb of meat with dry rub. Bake 325 with water, covered for 4 hours.

When done, save juice and reduce it. Add BBQ sauce. Shred the pork and add the sauce.
