Green Chili Rice Casserole

  • 2 • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 • 6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 • 1 cup sour cream

Step 1

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through
