Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 bananas, cut in half lengthwise
- 8 ounce can crushed pineapple
- 8 ounce bar cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup butter; mix well. Press in bottom of 9x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Cool. In small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, egg and remainder butter, beat until smooth. Spread sugar mixture on cooled crumbs. Place banana halves over sugar mixture. Drain pineapple reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Sprinkle pineapple over bananas. In small bowl combine 1/4 cup reserved pineapple liquid and cream cheese; beat until smooth; spread over pineapple. Top with chopped nuts. Refrigerate several hours. Cut into squares.
