Honey Bun Cake

Ingredients

• FOR CAKE:
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 4 egg whites (or 3 eggs)
• 1/2 cup applesauce
• 1 cup LF sour cream
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• FOR ICING:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 Tbsp. skim milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat all ingredients 2 minutes on high. Pour batter into 9x13 pan. In separate bowl mix cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Spoon on top and swirl with knife. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes or until done.

Combine all icing ingredients and sprinkle over hot cake.
