Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cut butter, soft
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- Dash salt
- 3/4 cup borwn sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup pecans (sm)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, butter, and flour. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into 1" balls. Place dough in small size muffin cups. Press with thumb, making a shell.
FILLING:
Beat all ingredients together, except pecans, until smooth. Mix in pecans. Pour into shells.
Bake at 325for 20-25 minutes or until filling sets. Cool, then remove from pan.
