Ingredients
- 1 package frozen meat ravioli (50 count, approx. 1" sq.)
- 3 C flour
- 2 t salt, pinch of pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 3 C bread crumbs
- 1 C parmesan cheese
- 2 T dried parsley
- 1 T oregano
- 1 T basil
- 1 T garlic

Step 1
Cook ravioli according to the instructions minus 2 minutes. Drain. Refill the pot with cold water and place ravioli in to cool and firm up.
While you are cooking the ravioli, mix 3 C flour with 1 t salt and a pinch of pepper. In a separate bowl lightly beat 3 eggs and milk. In a third bowl mix the remaining dry ingredients, including one additional t salt.
Dredge each ravioli in the flour. Pat so that the flour sticks. Then each ravioli into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture; again so that the bread crumbs adhere to the ravioli. Place each ravioli to the side. Plan on serving four per person as an appetizer or eight per person if you want to serve them for dinner.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer until hot (350-360 degrees). Drop ravioli in and fry until golden brown. (Approx. 2 minutes.) Remove and place each ravioli on a paper towel. Do not crowd ravioli in the fryer. They can also be cooked in a frying pan in 1/2" of oil.
Serve with Italian Marinara or Picante Sauce.
