Mix together 2 tablespoons kosher salt, 2 tablespoons paprika, 4 teaspoons chili powder, 4 teaspoons granulated garlic or garlic powder, 2 teaspoons dry mustard and 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper. Store for up to several months in a tightly closed container.
