Ingredients
- 3 tblsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 3 tblsp sugar
- 3 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add crumbs and 3 tblsp sugar; blend. Press onto bottom and sides of spring form pan. Beat softened cream cheese til smooth. Add 1 cup sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Blend thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in cream. Pour into pan. Bake 40 min or til top is lightly browned. Center of cake will be soft but will firm up when chilled. Refigerate at least 5 hours.
