Cranberry Relish

I made this recipe a few years ago for Thanksgiving dinner and my oldest grandson absolutely loves it and request it every year, and I usually even make another recipe for him to take home with him, since cranberries are a seasonal item.

Ingredients
- 1 medium orange, washed
- 1/2 lemon, washed
- 1 pound fresh cranberries, rinsed and well drained
- 1 cup sugar

Step 1
Trim stems and bottoms off of orange and lemon, cut fruit up into small chunks, add cranberries and sugar to food processor, pulse until coursely chopped and blended.
