Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken – Skin removed & Cut into 12-15 pieces
  • 2 Cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Eggs
  • Oil to deep fry

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a bowl add flour, garlic powder, pepper, salt and paprika and mix well
2. In a separate bowl whisk up the eggs
3. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the flour mixture
4. Repeat the process and dip in egg and then in flour again
5. Heat oil in a wok
6. Add the chicken pieces and fry for 5-8 minutes till the chicken is cooked and the crust is golden brown and crispy
