Ingredients
- 2 Pie crust shells
- 3 T Butter, melted
- 1/4 ¼ C Flour
- 1 1/4 1 ¼ C Chicken Broth
- 1 C Milk
- 2 C Chicken meat, cooked, diced
- 1 2/3 C Carrots and peas
- 4 Large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 1 ½ t Salt
- 1/8 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Use butter, flour, broth and milk to make a thick sauce.
2. Add all other ingredients to sauce. Heat through.
3. Pour into bottom pie crust shell, top with second pie crust shell.
4. Cut small slits for steam venting.
5. Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
