Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 1 box yellow or butter cake mix
• 1 c. sour cream
• 4 eggs
• 1 c. oil
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
• Glaze:
• 2 c. powdered sugar
• 4-5 Tbsp. milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

For cake:
Put first 4 ingredients together in large bowl and beat for 2 minutes at low speed.

For filling:
Mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts together.

Grease 9x13" dish. Pour 1/2 of batter into dish. Sprinkle w/ 1/2 of nut mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

For glaze:
Combine powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over warm cake.
