Ingredients
- 6 ears of fresh corn
- 1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
pull off the husks & cook in salted water until ready, cool
melt the butter in a saucepan, add olive oil, crushed garlic, salt & pepper, stir to blend, pour the mixture into a shallow bowl, in another shallow bowl blend the bread crumbs & parsley, roll the corn in the melted butter mixture & then the bread crumbs until well coated.
cook the corn in oven about 10 minutes, until golden
