Ingredients
- 1/4 c EVOO
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- 1 T cumin
- Salt

Preheat oven to 450. Pour 1/4 cup EVOO on a rimmed baking sheet and place in oven until oil is hot (3 min). In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas (rinsed, drained and patted dry), cayenne, and cumin. Season with salt and toss to combine. Place chickpeas on baking sheet in single layer. Bake until crisp 1(10-12 min).
