Green Beans & Parmesan Cheese W/ Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh green beans
  • 1 large clove of garlic, crushed
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tab lemon juice
  • 2 Tab Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Trim & string beans. Cover beans with enough water to cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 6-8 min. or until tender-crisp, drain. Saute garlic, salt, pepper in olive oil in a skillet. Add lemon juice and beans, mixing well. Saute until heated through. Spoon onto serving platter, sprinkle with cheese.
