Cheese Grits

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 1½ Cups grits
  • 2 Teaspoons salt
  • 6 Cups water
  • 1 Pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/2 1½ sticks butter or margarine
  • 7Oz can green chilies.
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Bring grits, salt and water to a boil and cook 10 minutes. Add velveeta cheese, margarine, green chilies. Set 1 hour.

Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add to casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for one hour.
