Ingredients
- 1 plan serving of chicken breast (8oz.), cut
- into bite-size pieces
- 3 small green onions
- 1/2 cup frozen lemon juice
- 1 small tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 plan serving of broccoli (8oz. raw - 4 oz. cooked)
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken lightly with a light salt and pepper. In medium, non-stick skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is done.
Stir in broccoli, lemon juice, light salt, pepper and thyme. cover and simmer for 3 to 4 more minutes.
