Ingredients
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2/3 c. mashed rip banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- 4 c. bread flour
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
- 1/2 c. miniature semisweet chocolate pieces
Preparation
Step 1
2 pound loaf size. Add the ingreadients to the machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.
