Feta Dill Bread

The combination of feta cheese and dill provides a melding of flavors so rich, this bread is a meal in itself. Team with wine, assorted cheeses, and your ravorite dining companion.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tsp margarine or butter
  • 4 c. bread flour
  • 1/2 c. packaged instant mashed potato flakes or
  • 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp dried dill or
  • 4 tsp snipped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

Preparation

Step 1

2 pound size. Add the ingredients to the machine according tot he manuacturere's directions. Select basic white bread cycle.

You may freeze feta cheese for future use.
