The traditional flavors of a Scandinavian smorgasboard-cucumber, dill, and sour cream- reprise in a bread that requires only silken slices of smoked salmon or graviax.

Ingredients
- 1 c. coarsely shredded, seeded cucumber
- 2/3 c water
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 4 c. bread flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp active dry yeast or bread machine yeast
Preparation
Step 1
2 pound loaf size. Drain the cucumber pressing out excess liquid. Add the ingredients to the machine according to manufacturere's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.
