Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef cut into thin strips
- 2 green peppers cut into thing strips
- 1 onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 T paprika
- 1 t salt
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 &1/2 c beef broth
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/4 c soya sauce
- 2 T cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Fry green peppers, onions and minced garlic first.
Add to roaster.
Fry beef, add paprika and salt.
Add to roaster.
Mix together first, canned tomatos, soya sauce and cornstarch.
Add to roaster. Mix thoroughly.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
