Cavatina

Ingredients

  • 2 C. uncooked rotini (corkscrew pasta)
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • chopped onion
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 4 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 2 T. parmesan cheese
  • 2 C. mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed and drain.
Cook hamburger and onion until no longer pink and drain.

Combine: pasta, meat, mushrooms, pepperoni and pasta sauce.

Place in 9x13. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 325 for approximately 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dish is heat through.
