Ingredients

  • Two 15-oz cans garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves
  • 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1-1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato and mayo for topping

Step 1

In food processor, puree first 6 ingredients; form 4 patties. In skillet heat EVOO over medium; cook patties, 3 minutes per side. Serve on buns with toppings.
