Ingredients
- Two 15-oz cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1-1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato and mayo for topping

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, puree first 6 ingredients; form 4 patties. In skillet heat EVOO over medium; cook patties, 3 minutes per side. Serve on buns with toppings.
