Brown Sugar Icing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 cups sifted conf sugar
• Hot water , optional

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan melt 1/2 c butter
Add brown sugar and bring to a boil
Lower heat to med low and boil2 mins stirring constantly
Add milk bring to boil... Cool to lukewarm
Gradually add sifted conf sugar
Beat until thick
Add hot water if too thick
