Ingredients
- 2 pints cottage cheese
- 2 envelopes or one large envelope lime jell-o
- 2 20-ounce cans crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 2 envelopes whip topping (dream whip)
- Pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix topping as instructed and refrigerate until cold. (I use cool whip)
Open pineapple and bring to a boil. Stir in jell-o and remove from heat. Add cottage cheese and mix. Pour into large pan and add topping (cool whip) and pecans and fold until mixed well.
Chill until gelled
