Ingredients
- 2 pkgs small phyllo cups (from the freezer section)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 oz (1/2 cup) crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped, drained oil packed sun dried tomatos
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp dried pesto seasoning
- 1 tbs grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375.
In a small bowl, mix mayo, goat cheese, tomato, onion lfakes and pesto seasoning. Spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons mayo mixture into each phyllo cup (I do it till its filled). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 for 10 to 16 minutes or until golden brown.
