Sun Dried Tomato and Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs small phyllo cups (from the freezer section)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 oz (1/2 cup) crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped, drained oil packed sun dried tomatos
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp dried pesto seasoning
  • 1 tbs grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375.

In a small bowl, mix mayo, goat cheese, tomato, onion lfakes and pesto seasoning. Spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons mayo mixture into each phyllo cup (I do it till its filled). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375 for 10 to 16 minutes or until golden brown.
