  • 2 ten ounce packages of broccoli, thawed and uncooked
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Velveeta cheese
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • Slivered almonds or water chestnuts
  • French fried onions

Preparation

Step 1

Spread chicken in bottom of baking dish and cover with broccoli. Cover with slices of Velveeta cheese. Mix soup and mayo together and spread over cheese. Sprinkle water chestnuts or almonds on top. bake for 40 minutes at 350. Remove and sprinkle generously with fried onions. Bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
