Drain 16 oz. can peaches. Save liquid. Brown chicken and vegetable oil. Combine peach liquid, 1/4 cup frozen OJ concentrate, 1/4 cup malt vinegar, salt, 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. dried basil, 1/4 tsp. ground cloves and cinnamon, pepper and pour over chicken. Simmer 25-30 minutes. Add peaches; heat. Combine 2 Tbsp. cornstarch and water, stir in. Heat until thick. Serve with rice.
