Chicken Curry (Alene)

Preparation

Step 1

Chop scallions, onion, garlic, tomato, pepper celelry s&p, paprika, thyme, season slat. Mix together and marinate chicken for several hours.

Take chicken out of refri and mix in curry. Stir until light golden.

Spray pan and add little veg oil and cook chicken on medium. Don't add the marinade until the chicken is almost cooked. Can add more curry at the end if needed.
