Ingredients
- 1 lb. Small Raw Shrimp, finely chopped
- 20 limes, freshly squeezed
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro
- 3/4 onion, diced
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 2 Tblsp of Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix shrimp and lime juice together. Refrigerate for 5 hours. 30 minutes before serving, mix in cilantro, onion, tomato and olive oil. Salt to taste
