Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredients

  • Juice from 2 oranges and 2 lemons
  • 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 quart milk
  • pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and freeze to a slush. Whip 1 pint whipping cream and fold into slush mixture. Return to freezer.
