Butterscotch Sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter

Step 1

Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 3 minutes. Cool. Serve over ice cream.
