    oz boneless pork sirloin chops, cut 1/2 inch thick

    cup chopped onion

    tsp minced garlic

    14oz cans stewed tomatoes, undrained

    cup frozen whole ernel corn

  • 1

    cup water

  • 1

    tbsp chili powder

  • 1/2

    tsp ground cumin

  • 1/4

    tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4

    tsp dried oregano crushed

  • dry cilantro

  • menudo mix

  • accent

  • Tortillas

Directions

Rinse and drain kidney and black beans. Peel squash, cut into 1/2 inch pieces. set aside trim fat from meat. cut meat into 1/2 inchpieces. In dutch oven, cook meat, onion, and garlic in hot oil over medium high heat until meat is brown. Stir in kidney beans black beans squash tomatoes, corn, the water, chili powder,cumin, cinnamon, and oregano. bring to boiling reduce heat. cover and simmer about 30 min or until meat and squash are tender stirring occasionally. If desired serve chili with tortillas.
