Ingredients
- Make 1 day ahead
- Olive Relish
- 1 C chopped pimiento stuffed green olives
- 1 C chopped black olives
- 1/2 C roasted sweet red peppers cut in chunks
- 1 C olive oil
- 3 T chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T white wine vinegar
- Lots of garlic
- For Sandwich
- 1 large round italian loaf of bread
- 1/3 lb salami sliced
- 1/2 lb provolone sliced thin
- 1/3 lb mortadella

Step 1
Mix all ingredients for olive relish and leave out for a day. Does not need to be refrigerated.
Cut bread in half horizontally and scoop some bread out. Pour some oil from the olive mixture on both sides of bread. Place meat, olive mix and cheese in bottom and cover with top of bread. Place in 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Slice vertically to make sandwiches.
