Ingredients
- 1/2 cup +2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup splenda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Preparation
Step 1
In med bowl, combine dry ingredients.
In small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter and eggs.
Stir into dry ingredients using a spoon or rubber spatula just until all flour is moistened. Do not overmix.
On med heat, spray skillet with nonstick spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter and spread into 4-inch circle for each pancake.
Cook for 3-4 min on first side until underside browns. Flip pancake and cook on second side 2-3 min.
Serve with hot syrup.
